The commercial supply of services by DR7, and any framework, supply, employment, or contractor relationship, is governed by a separate written contract. Where any signed commercial agreement covers the same subject matter, that agreement prevails over these website terms in respect of the matters it covers. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance to form a commercial supply contract.

By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force at the time of your access is the version that applies. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

The English courts have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, save that consumers retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in their country of residence under applicable law.

Failure or delay by DR7 to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or of any other provision. These terms, together with the Privacy notice and the Cookie policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DR7 in relation to the use of this website. In the event of any conflict between these terms and a separate signed commercial agreement covering the same subject matter, that signed commercial agreement prevails for the matters it covers.
